Metallic epoxy garage floor in silver gray with high-gloss finish. Third Coat Orlando

Epoxy Flooring in Orlando, FL. Metallic, Flake & Premium Finishes for Garages, Patios & Commercial Floors

A high-gloss, hard-wearing surface that turns a plain concrete slab into the cleanest, most striking floor in the house. We install premium epoxy systems for residential garages, patios, warehouses, retail spaces and commercial kitchens across Central Florida. Stain-proof, chemical-resistant, easy to clean, and made to last.

Why epoxy?

  • Resists oil, grease, gasoline and chemicals, spills wipe right off; nothing soaks in.
  • Withstands heavy traffic, vehicles, jacks, dropped tools, foot traffic in retail and commercial spaces.
  • Seamless and waterproof, no grout lines, no joints where dirt and moisture get trapped.
  • Easy to clean, a mop and water are enough. No special products needed.
  • Lasts 15–20+ years when installed correctly on properly prepped concrete.

Finishes we install

1. Metallic Epoxy

A premium two-component metallic pigment system that creates a 3D marbled, liquid-mercury look. Each floor is one-of-a-kind because the metallic pigments flow and swirl during installation, no two installs are identical. Ideal for showroom garages, luxury patios, retail spaces and any project where the floor itself is the design feature.

2. Flake (Chip) Epoxy

A multi-layer system: a tinted epoxy base, broadcast vinyl flakes (chips) in your chosen color blend, and a clear polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat. The flakes give the floor a textured, slip-resistant feel and hide minor concrete imperfections. The most popular finish for residential garages because it’s tough, attractive and affordable. Pick from dozens of color blends, neutrals, earth tones, custom mixes.

3. Solid Color Epoxy

Single-color, high-gloss or satin finish in any color you want. Clean and modern. Common in warehouses, retail spaces, commercial kitchens, fitness studios and minimalist garages.

4. Polyaspartic Topcoat (Upgrade)

An optional clear topcoat that goes on top of any of the finishes above. It cures in hours (not days), boosts UV resistance, and protects the underlying epoxy from yellowing under sunlight. Required for any patio or driveway installation exposed to direct sun.

Our process

  1. Concrete prep, diamond grinding to open the concrete pores, oil-spot treatment, and crack repair. This step makes or breaks the job; if the prep is bad, the epoxy peels.
  2. Primer coat, penetrating epoxy primer that bonds permanently to the prepped concrete.
  3. Base coat, pigmented epoxy in your selected color (or metallic system).
  4. Flake broadcast (if flake finish), vinyl chips broadcast to refusal while base is wet.
  5. Topcoat, clear epoxy or polyaspartic for chemical, UV and abrasion resistance.
  6. Cure & walkthrough, light foot traffic in 24 hours, vehicles in 5–7 days. We don’t leave until you’re happy.

Frequently asked questions about epoxy flooring

What surfaces can epoxy flooring be applied to?

Epoxy is applied to clean, properly prepared concrete. We use it for garage floors, basements, commercial warehouses, retail spaces, gyms, kitchens, and patios. Existing tile or wood floors are not suitable substrates.

How long does epoxy flooring installation take?

A standard two-car garage takes two to three days, including concrete grinding, base coat, decorative flakes if used, and topcoat. The floor is walkable in 24 hours and ready for vehicles in 72 hours.

Is epoxy flooring durable for garages and commercial floors?

Yes. A properly installed epoxy floor with a polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat resists oils, chemicals, hot tires, and heavy traffic for many years. It is one of the most durable floor finishes available for concrete.

Do you offer different finishes and colors?

Yes. We offer solid color, metallic, flake, and quartz finishes in a wide range of colors. Metallic and flake finishes are popular for residential garages and showrooms, while solid colors are common for commercial and industrial spaces.
