Frequently asked questions about pressure washing

What surfaces do you pressure wash?

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, lanais, paver surfaces, stucco, hardie, wood, vinyl siding, decks, fences, roofs (soft wash), and concrete pads. Each surface uses different pressure and chemicals to clean without damage.

How often should I pressure wash my home in Florida?

For exteriors in Central Florida we recommend once a year due to humidity, mildew, and algae growth. Driveways and concrete may need it every six to nine months depending on shade, tree cover, and foot traffic.

Will pressure washing damage my paint or siding?

No, when done correctly. Different surfaces require different pressure settings and nozzles. Painted siding and stucco use low pressure with cleaning solution. Concrete uses higher pressure. Done right, pressure washing extends the life of paint and siding.

Do you include pressure washing with exterior painting?

Yes. Pressure washing is included in every exterior painting project at no extra cost. We always wash the entire exterior and let it fully dry before any primer or paint is applied.
